Orange Mandarin Cake From: Nancy Marker Steinert Category: Dessert For cake: 1 yellow cake mix 4 eggs 1/2 cup cooking oil 1 cup of mandarin oranges (with juice) Heat oven to 350. Mix cake ingredients, butter and flour three 8" round cake pans and divide evenly between pans. Bake 20 minutes and cool in pans. For frosting: 9 oz Cool Whip 20 oz. crushed pineapple (partially drained) 1 small box of instant vanilla pudding. Mix with spatula, frost top layer first and add layers and ice and refrigerate.
