Cheese Potatoes From: Linda Lewis Thompson Category: Sidedish Ingredients: 1 package Ore-Ida O’Brien frozen hash browns (32 oz. or larger) 1 pint sour cream 1 stick butter 1 Cup cream of chicken soup 1 onion (minced) 12oz. Sharp & mild cheddar cheese (shredded) 1. Thaw potatoes 2. Melt butter 3. Mix soup & butter together 4. Stir in the rest of the ingredients 5. Press into a 9" x 12" baking dish Bake @ 350 1 hour
