Jim's Mac & Cheese From: Jim Hoops Category: Sidedish Take three cups (about 1 pound) uncooked elbow macaroni and cook it almost all the way. In a 13 X 9 glass baking dish cut into chunks almost all of a whole stick of Velveta, either lite or regular. Put in about 6 pats of butter and 5 cups of milk either skim or 2%, into the baking dish with the cheese. Pepper to taste, and add the drained macaroni. Bake at 375 until cheese starts to brown, mixing about 3 or 4 times. Enjoy!
